Broker Disclosure
Transparency regarding The Regnare Group's role as an air charter broker and the licensed air carriers that operate charter flights arranged through us.
The Regnare Group acts as an air charter broker under applicable United States Department of Transportation regulations, including 14 CFR Part 295. The Regnare Group does not own or operate aircraft and is not a direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier in operational control of aircraft.
Air transportation arranged through The Regnare Group is provided by properly licensed direct air carriers or direct foreign air carriers. For United States on-demand charter operations, this may include air carriers operating under applicable FAA Part 135 authority.
The operating carrier maintains operational control of the aircraft and is responsible for the operation and safety of the flight.
Before entering into a contract for a specific flight or series of flights, The Regnare Group will provide disclosures required by applicable law, including the identity of the direct air carrier or direct foreign air carrier that will maintain operational control of the flight and the capacity in which The Regnare Group is acting in arranging the transportation.
Additional information required by applicable regulations may be provided in connection with a particular charter quotation, agreement or booking. The terms applicable to a particular flight will be contained in the applicable charter documentation.
